4.5 months on meds today!
Hey yall :3 just took some updated pics. This is 4.5 months of oral min/fin and 3 months of 6mg valerate injections and spiro. Plus tons of supplements, hair care, and red light.
My last clean shave was 2 months ago. So excited to see it fill in! Its pretty noticeable how different the length is on the top vs side, which is a bit annoying. But im scared to go to a hairdresser for a trim- so I will hold off for now.

3.5 months hrt
Hey yall! Long time lurker, first time poster. Today i took some progress pics that made me feel good! I have now been on hrt for 3.5 months, hair meds for 4.5 months, and sober for 7 months.
My dosage is 6mg of valerate IM weekly, 100 mg spiro daily, oral min/fin, tons of vitamins, excercize, health food, sleep, water, and weight cycling.
I have a long journey ahead but I feel more in control of my life than ever. Any tips or comments are welcome! :3

Glasses advice?
Hey yall! Me and my optician narrowed it down to these three frames. I know that the colors don't match my skin tone really, but there are way more color options online we will be choosing from, we are just choosing frame shape for now. Thoughts or opinions on shapes for my face type? Also, I tend to lean towards fem or androgynous styles. Anything that makes me seem less masculine while still matching my shapes/tone is great. Thanks in advance!!! :) ps- two are ovvos and one is aetnia

Advice on haircuts/ awkward phase?
Hey yall, my hair is growing pretty well from completely shaved a couple months ago, it's approaching the awkward length pretty fast. When I look up tips for maintaining your hair while growing it out from bald, its mostly cis male perspectives. How often should I be getting a hair cut, and what should I tell the stylist? I dont really want to use gel or do a masc style. Any tips or anecdotes welcome! Thank u in advance 💓

3 months progress/ 1 month growth

As you can see I started from full bald shave. Started losing my hair when i was 20. I just stopped shaving my head about 25 days ago. I am 29yo. I have been on:
-oral minox and finasteride for 3.5 months
-estrogen for 2 months (1 month daily sublingual 4mg then switched to weekly injection 6mg)
-spiro 100mg daily for 2 months
- mary ruths liquid hair vitamin blend for 1 month
-nioxin shampoo and growth bomb leave in spray for 1 month
-red light therapy for 2 weeks.
I feel suprised and happy by the amount of growth I have already when I considered my hair nuked. Thoughts and recommendations welcome! :3
