Main cabin seats guaranteed?

Sorry to sound ignorant but im not a frequent flyer. However me and my wife and 8 month old are going to be going from GA to Hawaii! I found a good deal on my venturex capital one card and can get a American airline ticket for almost free. However its a main cabin seat and it says in the description on the capital one app “ Seats not included. May be available to purchase”. Does this mean my seat is not guaranteed? Like I could buy the ticket then not get on the flight? It always me to pick all my seats(i picked the 0 dollar ones to save money) but im confused on what “Seats not included. May be available to purchase” because it then did let me pick all the seats. Again im sorry if i sound dumb i just dont want to be misinformed and buy these tickets and not have a seat! I googled if main cabin seats through American airline guaranteed a seat and it said yes so im guessing im just misunderstanding.

Im competing in a gi/no gi tournament as a 4 month white belt in august. I have some time to prep so what are some things you guys/girls wish you did for your comp? Im a male 25 years old currently at around 195 but that’s because Ive been lazy, i normally sit at around 180-185 when im active and running.

I currently train 3 times a week.

Im thinking about cutting down my monday no gi class to just an hour which will cut out my sparring time. Id like to compete eventually in about 6 months so would this schedule be a decent schedule and make competition in 6 months realistic.

Mon- no gi 1 hour

Tues- gi 2 hours(includes 30 minutes of free roll sparring)

Thu- gi 2 hours(includes 30 minutes of free roll sparring)

Im a 25 yo male with mid fade. I shower immediately after class and wash all my clothes asap. I wash with regular soap but now im thinking of switching to dr bronners tea tree soap for body. Is that a good brand?. Now for hair, i was thinking selsun blue but i train 3 times a week and the selsun blue makes my scalp so dry using 3 days jn a row. Is it something i just need to suck up and have dry scalp for 3 days or is selsun blue something i can use thing put conditioner on after to help the dry scalp issue? I took a break from training for a week and went back to my regular shampoo and my scalp is so much better.

Im 25 5’9 and about 170. Im not crazy weak but definitely feel like im gonna have to be a technical guy. What are 2-3 sweeps and subs that as a new guy i can really focus on that are best for weaker guys. Sorry if its a dumb question.

I’ve been treating with OTC cream since 5pm Wednesday noticed after a haircut and it’s 3:30pm Friday(today) and it’s also almost not visible unless you look from certain angles and really look for it and definitely not red. Whats the time frame? I’ve heard 2 days but also been told upwards of a month or 2. Cant get an appointment because they are booked out for almost a month.

Vinegar for gi pre wash?

Is this a actual helpful thing or just a waste? I normally just rinse plus spin my gi on sanitary mode in extra hot water then wash it with regular detergent

Im probably just gonna stop training till it’s fully healed but if i did go to training is there anything i could put over it more secure than a bandaid? It’s a small blister but it’s open from popping.

don’t really feel like dropping 100 plus on rashguards in case i end up not going as much as i thought i would. Are long sleeve compression shirts not the same thing basically? I don’t care about cool designs right now maybe once i get to consecutively going ill drop some money but even then id just want an all black one. Thanks for the advice.
