Why Did The Greens and Blacks Make Such Horrid Strategic/Tactical Military Decisions?

Why didn't Aegon II send Aemond and Daeron to end Corlys's blockade, and then attack Dragonstone with their navy and dragons while Daemon was preoccupied with Harrenhall?

This would've likely led to Rhaenyra sending a Raven to Daemon who would've had to abandon his efforts to rush back to Dragonstone, and then Criston Cole could've potentially taken Harrenhall without worrying about any dragons.

I know in the show it's constantly mentioned how Vhagar needed to remain to defend the city, but shouldn't Alicent have known that Rhaenyra wouldn't burn down King's Landing? Additionally it would've been almost impossible for Rhaenyra to attack King's Landing if her navy or Dragonstone was being attacked.

But even so; Sunfyre and Dreamfyre would've still been in King's Landing, so it wouldn't have been defenseless. (Yes I know Helaena isn't one for Fire and Blood but Dreamfyre is still a strong deterrent or at least should've been)

I'm just a bit confused overall on the strategic and tactical plans of both sides in this war, so if I'm missing anything please enlighten me.

(This would all be before Rhaenyra got her Dragonseeds, and obviously before Aegon's injuries.)

Recycle-Recycle Fruit

Japanese Version: Risaikuru Risaikuru no Mi (リサイクルリサイクルの実)

Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia

Character Inspiration: Rudo Surebrec - Gachiakuta

In-Depth Description

The Recycle-Recycle Fruit allows its user to bring out the hidden value in objects that have been thrown away, damaged, or abandoned. By touching an item, the user can restore it and reshape it into a temporary weapon, tool, defense, or construct.

The fruit is not a simple “make anything from trash” ability. It works best when the user understands what an object was made for and sees a use that others have overlooked.

The user can have up to three transformed items active at once. They can also pour all their power into one object, making it much stronger, but this takes more energy. Once a creation has served its purpose, it breaks apart and becomes unusable.

🗑️♻️🗑️♻️🗑️♻️

Additional Information:

Remaining Value: The user can sense whether a discarded object still has some use left in it. It does not matter if the item is expensive, rare, or impressive. Broken tools, bent metal, old clothes, shattered furniture, and plain junk can all be useful.

Reclaimed Instruments: By touching an abandoned object, the user can turn it into a stronger version of itself. The object can be reshaped into a weapon, shield, trap, mobility tool, or other useful form.

Three-Item Limit: The user can control up to three Reclaimed Instruments at a time. For example, they could use a weapon in one hand, a shield for defense, and a grappling tool for movement.

Focused Reclaim: Instead of splitting their power between three objects, the user can focus everything into one item. This greatly increases its strength, durability, and destructive power, but drains stamina quickly.

Purpose Matters: The fruit cannot make an object do absolutely anything. Its strongest forms are tied to the item’s material, original purpose, or what the user believes it can still do. A broken lock may become restraints, while a damaged fire hose may become a high-pressure weapon.

Scrap Arsenal: Metal scraps can be shaped into swords, spears, chains, shields, claws, cages, armor, or blunt weapons. Other materials have their own uses: cloth can become bindings or sails, glass can become cutting weapons, and electronics can become traps or distractions.

Junk Shot: Small items like nails, bolts, broken glass, coins, screws, and buttons can be fired as fast-moving ammunition.

Reclaim Rush: The user quickly creates and discards weapons in the middle of a fight. One moment they may use a pipe as a club, then turn its remains into spikes or projectiles.

Utility Reclaim: The fruit is not limited to combat. The user can make temporary ladders, bridges, grappling hooks, rafts, barricades, gliders, digging tools, restraints, and emergency repairs.

Memory Imprint: Items that were loved, used often, or held emotional meaning can become much stronger than ordinary junk. However, those objects may also be harder to control because of the emotions tied to them.

Junkyard's Embrace: The fruit is especially dangerous in junkyards, ruined cities, ship graveyards, abandoned factories, and battlefields full of wreckage.

Recycling Chain: When one construct breaks, the user can sometimes reuse its remains to create something else. This lets them keep fighting without wasting material.

Triple Reclaim: By combining three compatible objects, the user can create a larger and more complicated construct, such as a scrap beast, an armored frame, a mobile cannon, or a siege weapon.

Haki Reinforcement: The user can coat their creations with Armament Haki. Even a weapon made from discarded junk can become dangerous against strong opponents when reinforced with Haki.

Strength of Conviction: The fruit responds best to a user who genuinely believes that discarded things still have worth. Someone who treats everything as disposable ammunition will make weaker, less stable creations.

🗑️♻️🗑️♻️🗑️♻️

Techniques:

Three-R: Reuse, Restore, Reclaim: The user creates three Reclaimed Instruments at once, usually combining offense, defense, and movement.

Scrapyard Fang: Loose pipes, tools, scrap metal, and machine parts form a large animal-like construct that charges at enemies and restrains them.

Nailstorm Reclamation: Nails, screws, bolts, and metal fragments are turned into a fast-moving barrage of sharp projectiles.

Iron Coffin: Broken furniture, metal sheets, and scraps form a reinforced cage around an enemy.

Rubble Rampage: Construction debris becomes massive fists, hammers, or arms that strike with heavy force.

Broken Wing: A damaged umbrella, sail, signboard, or metal sheet becomes a temporary glider or wing for aerial movement.

Last Use: The user channels all of their power into one discarded object, giving it one final overwhelming function before it falls apart.

Zero-Waste Barrage: After a construct is destroyed, the user immediately reforms the fragments into a second wave of projectiles, traps, or weapons.

Rude Awakening: The user turns a debris-filled battlefield into a moving arsenal, making every broken or abandoned object a possible weapon.

Devil Fruit Awakening: World Reclamation

After awakening, the Recycle-Recycle Fruit allows the user to affect discarded material without directly touching it. Wreckage, broken buildings, rubble, abandoned weapons, damaged ships, and other debris in the area can be controlled from a distance.

A street filled with rubble can rise into barricades. Broken walls can form giant defensive arms. Wrecked cannons can rebuild into artillery. Destroyed ships can piece themselves together into temporary fortresses.

At this stage, the user can make large sections of a damaged environment act like one connected source of material. However, using the awakening at this scale takes a huge amount of stamina and concentration.

"World Reclamation" still cannot affect living bodies, weapons firmly held by an opponent, or objects that are new, intact, and clearly still valued by their owner.

🗑️♻️🗑️♻️🗑️♻️

Weaknesses:

Standard Devil Fruit Weaknesses: Like all Devil Fruit users, the user cannot swim and is weakened by seawater and Seastone.

Needs Available Material: The fruit is much weaker in open areas with little debris, such as empty fields, clean ships, or the middle of the ocean.

Cannot Create Matter: The user must have real objects to work with. They cannot create weapons or tools from thin air.

Three-Item Limit: Before awakening, only three Reclaimed Instruments can be active at one time. Creating a fourth causes one of the others to break down.

Temporary Constructs: Most transformed objects are single-use. Once they complete their assigned role, they fall apart.

Limited by Purpose: The user cannot force an object into a completely unrelated ability. A creation must have some connection to its material, function, or remaining usefulness.

Stamina Cost: Larger creations, and stronger transformations all consume a lot of energy. Pushing too hard can leave the user exhausted.

Concentration: If the user is knocked unconscious or mentally overwhelmed, their active constructs lose control and collapse.

Cannot Directly Affect People: The fruit cannot easily take control of weapons that are being firmly held or protected by another person’s will.

Cherished Items Can Resist: A famous weapon, treasured heirloom, or object strongly tied to someone’s will may resist the fruit, especially if its owner is powerful. On the other hand, an ordinary broken object can become extremely strong if the user truly understands its worth.

Why didn't Otto Hightower ever have Daemon secretly assassinated?

Why didn't Otto ever have Daemon secretly assassinated? Especially after he found out how capable he (Daemon) was at commanding due to his stint as the Commander of the City Watch, and his time in the Stepstones.

Otto isn't one for pointless violence but he's very pragmatic and he (Otto) clearly always dreamed of a Hightower on the Iron Throne in one form or another.

His largest obstacle to that has always been Daemon, if he would've promised Mysaria something instead of being so disrespectful that would've been a perfect way for him to do so (secretly assassinate Daemon).

It just seems like a large miscalculation, (way beyond anything Otto would ever realistically allow) because why go through with the Usurpation of the Throne without first getting rid of the greatest threat to its success?

Undead-Undead Fruit

Japanese Version: Fushi Fushi no Mi (不死不死の実)

Character Inspiration: Andy – Undead Unluck

Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia

In Depth Description:

The user of the Undead-Undead Fruit possesses a body that continuously regenerates, automatically restoring damage while allowing the user to consciously control the speed and extent of the healing process.

They can survive dismemberment, decapitation, organ destruction, and other forms of catastrophic physical trauma, recovering from virtually any injury. Even complete bodily destruction is insufficient to kill them; however, attacks that directly target or damage the user's soul, such as certain Devil Fruit abilities or exceptionally powerful Haki that targets the body, can permanently impair or even prevent regeneration.

Rather than simply recovering from wounds, the user can also turn their own body into a weapon, freely manipulating blood, flesh, bones, skin, organs, and severed body parts for both offense and defense.

Detached body parts remain under the user's control after separation and can continue fighting on their own. As a battle drags on, the user's options only increases, as every injury provides more material that can be reconstructed, reshaped, and weaponized.

🧟🧟🧟🧟🧟🧟

Additional Information:

• Undead: The user's body constantly negates death by regenerating any damage sustained. Aging ceases entirely, and the user's body continuously restores itself to the exact physical state it possessed when they originally consumed the Devil Fruit, regardless of how much time passes.

• Repair Boost Bloody Enchant: By controlling regeneration speed, the user can dramatically enhance attacks. Regenerating limbs at explosive speeds can increase striking power to devastating levels.

• Dead Shadow: Limbs may be compressed, twisted, and rapidly regenerated to unleash drill-like strikes and high-impact projectile attacks.

• Parts Bullet: Any body part can be fired like ammunition. Arms, legs, fingers, eyes, teeth, ribs, or even the user's head can be launched as destructive projectiles.

• Undead Ammunition: Detached body parts remain under the user's control for a short period and can continue fighting independently.

• Radius Bone Pile: The user can grow, launch, or reshape bones into spikes, armor, blades, projectiles, cages, or defensive fortifications.

• Dead Vulcan: Blood may be hardened into swords, spears, axes, shields, chains, arrows, whips, or other weapons. These weapons can instantly reform if destroyed.

• Blood Propulsion: The user can release blood at extreme pressures to propel themselves through the air, increase movement speeds, alter direction mid-combat, levitate, or perform high-speed charges.

• Dead Quardead: The user can combine blood, flesh, skin, bones, and organs into complete biological organisms capable of carrying out tasks and engaging enemies independently while remaining linked to the user's will.

• Bloody Arts: The longer combat continues, the more dangerous the user becomes as Injuries provide additional blood, bones, and body mass that can be converted into weapons.

• Deep-Crimson Crescent Moon: Weapons and constructs created through this fruit can be reinforced with Armament Haki.

• Undead Unluck (Devil Fruit Awakening): Blood present throughout the environment becomes an extension of the user's body and can be absorbed into their techniques, massively increasing the scale and destructive power of their abilities.

🧟🧟🧟🧟🧟🧟

Weaknesses:

• Standard Devil Fruit Weaknesses: The user remains vulnerable to seawater, and Seastone.

• Self-Only Manipulation: The Devil Fruit's abilities are limited to the user's own biology. The user cannot manipulate or weaponize another person or creature's body, blood, flesh, bones, organs, or severed limbs. (With the exception of "Undead Unluck")

• Soul Damage: Injuries that directly affect the soul are significantly more difficult to recover from.

• Energy Consumption: Regeneration and the creation of biological constructs consumes stamina. Excessive use can exhaust the user, temporarily slowing regeneration, weakening constructs, and reducing overall combat effectiveness.

• Complete Incapacitation: If the user's consciousness is suppressed, sealed, or rendered inactive, active control over regeneration is greatly diminished.

• Haki Users: Powerful Armament Haki can inflict injuries that are increasingly difficult to regenerate from.

• Pain Retention: Despite regenerating from injuries, the user still experiences the full pain of every wound, dismemberment, and bodily destruction they suffer.

🎰 Jackpot Theory 🎰

Jackpot Theory

Type: Specialization (inspired by Hakari from JJK)

The user conjures a small "Nen Machine," the machine appears just behind the user's dominant shoulder and remains floating in place until dismissed. It resembles a classic casino slot machine, complete with three spinning reels and a lever.

The machine is not rigged, and the user cannot force a specific result. Whatever appears is a genuine reflection of the odds present at that exact moment.

Every pull carries the possibility of a tremendous advantage or a disastrous setback. The user willingly accepts that risk in exchange for the possibility of hitting a jackpot.

"Jackpot Theory" has two applications depending on the situation.

Action Gambler: for combat and survival

Escape Gambler: for probabilistic intuition and luck

🎰🎰🎰

How a spin actually happens:

To activate the machine, the user must mentally reach back and pull the lever through deliberate concentration. (this is not automatic)

The motion takes about half a second from start to finish, and can be interrupted if the user's focus is broken. The reels begin spinning the instant the lever is pulled and stops almost immediately afterward. Whatever result appears takes effect the moment the reels stop. There is no delay between seeing the result and the effect beginning.

During "Action Gambler," a reel is considered one uninterrupted combative situation.

During "Escape Gambler," a reel is considered one uninterrupted gambling, business, or decision-making session.

Each possible result can only appear once, until the machine has cycled through all possible combinations. The machine keeps track of every outcome already rolled during a continuous encounter.

Once every possible result has appeared, the machine resets and begins a new cycle. This means that over a sufficiently long reel, powerful outcomes become less likely as they are removed from the pool. Likewise, dangerous outcomes eventually become unavoidable.

The user always knows which results have already been exhausted.

🎰🎰🎰

Action Gambler: (Combat/Survival)

Each spin provides two pieces of information simultaneously: what is affected and how strong the effect is.

The first reel determines what is affected.

Attribute Reel:

Spade Symbol → Strength

Diamond Symbol → Speed

Club Symbol → Defense

Heart Symbol → Healing/Recovery

The second reel determines the strength of the effect.

Power Reel:

2 → -30%

3 → -25%

4 → -20%

5 → -15%

6 → -10%

7 → +10%

8 → +20%

9 → +40%

10 → +60%

Jack → +80%

Queen → +100%

King → +120%

Ace → +150%

The third reel is purely cosmetic and exists to complete the slot machine aesthetic. It does not affect the outcome, but shows the affected attribute and the remaining time of the effect.

A single spin gives the full result.

Examples:

Diamond + 6 → -10% Speed

Club + King → +120% Defense

Heart + Ace → +150% Healing/Recovery

Spade + 2 → -30% Strength

All effects:

Last exactly 120 seconds (2 minutes)

End instantly when time expires (no gradual drop-off)

🎰🎰🎰

What it costs the user:

Low results, meaning 2 through 6, barely touch aura reserves. They are safe to spin repeatedly, but they carry the risk of temporarily weakening the user at a critical moment.

Mid results, meaning 7 through 10, start costing real aura. Pull three or more of them in a short stretch and it becomes obvious through heavier breathing and shaking hands.

Face results, meaning Jack, Queen, and King, can genuinely turn a losing exchange around. The body pays for it, though. Whatever body part is doing the work takes real damage, such as torn muscles from a strength spike or strained tendons from a speed spike, depending on the attribute rolled.

Aces are the strongest possible result. There are only four Ace outcomes available for each full machine cycle, making them exceptionally rare and impossible to force. Using one burns around 20% of total aura reserves on top of the physical strain, and whatever body part carried the boost stays sore and weak for several minutes afterward.

Negative results create a different kind of strain. Rather than damaging the body, they disrupt aura flow and coordination. The lower the result, the more difficult it becomes to perform at peak efficiency while the penalty remains active.

🎰🎰🎰

Escape Gambler: (Probability/Luck)

"Escape Gambler" governs uncertain outcomes involving money, luck, probability, prediction, negotiations, investments, business decisions, and similar situations.

In this mode, the attribute reel stops mattering entirely. Spades, Hearts, Clubs, and Diamonds all become irrelevant. Only the power reel matters.

What the machine provides is a flash of instinct—a gut feeling—about how the random event in front of the user is going to resolve, which card is about to appear, which way the roulette ball is going to land, whether a machine is about to pay out, or whether a deal is actually going to succeed.

That instinct arrives instantly and clearly, like suddenly just knowing something.

The power reel determines how trustworthy that gut feeling is.

2 through 6 — Reading

The instinct becomes actively unreliable.

2 → 35%

3 → 40%

4 → 45%

5 → 50%

6 → 55%

It still feels completely convincing to the user, but the machine is more likely to mislead than help. These results cost almost no aura.

7 through 10 — Counting

The instinct becomes increasingly reliable.

7 → 65%

8 → 75%

9 → 85%

10 → 90%

It becomes genuinely useful, but it starts costing real aura and real concentration. Running it continuously for hours leaves the user with headaches and makes it harder to focus on anything else around them.

Jack through Ace — Overdraw

The instinct becomes extremely reliable.

Jack → 93%

Queen → 95%

King → 97%

Ace → 99%

This is as close to certainty as the ability gets, but it places an enormous burden on both aura and mental focus.

If the user relies on this tier more than once in a single sitting, they risk entering a state known as Tilt.

Tilt causes every future spin for the remainder of the day, in both halves of Jackpot Theory, to drop one full tier in effectiveness.

A Mid Result begins functioning like a Low Result.

A Face Result begins functioning like a Mid Result.

An Ace begins functioning like a Face Result.

The penalty remains until the user gets a full night's sleep.

Additionally, while Tilt is active, aura recovery is reduced and the user experiences a persistent urge to continue pulling the lever despite knowing their odds have worsened.

🎰🎰🎰

The instinct or gut feeling from Jackpot Theory never tells the user which outcome is going to occur. It is not a vision of the future.

Instead, it manifests as a sudden certainty attached to a choice the user is already in the process of making.

If they are considering betting on black at a roulette table, the machine indicates how much confidence they should place in their instinctive pull toward black. It does not reveal where the ball will land.

The slot machine only responds when a genuine risk has already been accepted.

In Action Gambler, the user must already be committed to the exchange they are spinning for, such as an attack, dodge, counterattack, or any action with real consequences.

In Escape Gambler, a real wager, investment, deal, negotiation, or meaningful stake must already exist.

Hypothetical decisions and consequence-free tests cannot activate the machine.

The spin occurs before the outcome is determined, allowing the user to adjust their actions based on the information gained.

Once a spin has been used for a specific decision or exchange in either mode, that spin is final.

No rerolling.

No backing out.

No second spin for the same moment.

The house always honors the first result.

Silva x Zeno Solo/Tag Team Brawl

Is there anyone in the verse that could survive solo against Silva & Zeno similarly to Chrollo? (with the same amount of time needed to survive) (NOT COUNTING HISOKA, GING, THE ROYAL GUARDS/MERUEM, OR ADULT GON AND NETERO)

(ALL CONDITIONS FOR SURVIVAL ARE EXACTLY THE SAME AS CHROLLO'S AND FOR WHATEVER REASON ILLUMI WILL STILL INTERVENE WITH THE MAFIA)

Additionally in a 2v2 match who would have the best chance of surviving and possibly winning? (This time including Hisoka but he can't pair with Chrollo, or Ging) (NO GING) (NO ROYAL GUARDS/MERUEM) (NO ADULT GON/NETERO
