Half-cup sizes and other new methods of bra fitting: what do you think? Helpful, or not?
I've written about this recently. I don't know whether or not I'm permitted to link to the article, because when I went to look at the rules for bloggers, the link didn't go anywhere. But it's something I'm interested in discussing, and hearing from others about.
Edit: okay, I was able to see the rules for that. For some reason I couldn't at first. I think, to be safe I will just describe what I've written about first.
This is a critical assessment of two companies, Little Women of the UK and ThirdLove, and their approaches to bra fitting. I compare the two because they each have significant issues which reflect, in Little Women's case, a lack of clear direction for online consumers; and, in ThirdLove's case, deceptive marketing strategies and questionable fitting advice.
I'm actually so scared to post this because when I first came to this community, and this was I think over ten years ago, people hated my blog and someone posted a comment there about how irrelevant it was. I still think about that. And, the comment is still there because I just didn't know what to do with it. I guess I'm hoping this will at least be left up so that people can decide for themselves if they want to go find my article or not. Thanks again.
In a lot of ways, this is one of the smartest and most helpful communities I've ever seen on Reddit. But it's also so oddly intimidating... I almost feel like I'm in high school trying to convince the smart kids to let me hang out with them. It's kind of awful.
