Is an AC15C1 my best option for the VOX sound in a small footprint?

Is an AC15C1 my best option for the VOX sound in a small footprint?

A couple of days ago I tried in a shop an AC30C2 with greenbacks that I really, really liked the crunch of and I think it would fill a missing sonic space in my studio (I have a Deluxe Reverb, a JC120 and a PRS archon Classic). It was also very nicely priced but I don’t have the space for it.
AC15 are affordable (even if no one wants to ship them, how to blame them…), are they my best option? I heard the Blue version on videos that sounds warmer to my ears, but not sure if the price difference is worth it.
Other options? A small head with a 1x12 can could also be an option.
This would be for studio use only.

At it again... help with my board in stereo

Tweaking this live gigging board once more.. to be fair, also due to my band changing PA/setup/sounds, we'll finally work it out.
Need help!

NOTE: I know there are too many gain stages, however now that I found my ideal amp for the gig (a PRS Archon Classic) I really only use the TS9 and the Big Muff. The RAT and the Blues Driver are exclusively used in rehearsal spaces when I don't have my own amp for crunch and lead.

Order:

Tuner>Compressor (in reality a Flamma compressor but I couldn't get the pic on Modular grid and the JHS has the same size) > BD2>TS9>RAT>Big Muff>Deco>DD200>Hydra

I use the TS9 as a boost into the Big Muff or the lead channel of my amp (or the RAT). The BD2 handles edge of breakup when I play with super clean amps.

The question:

Since I occasionally play in stereo, I was considering going stereo out from the deco and keep it stereo (>DD200>Hydra) to have the option of having the stereo signal when I play with two amps.
Does this make sense or does having the right channel of the Deco, DD200 and Hydra plugged in make them not sum to mono correctly when they are plugged into mono? For example, if I have a stereo delay with a relatively high wide spread on the DD200, but I then plug into mono.

NAD PRS Archon Classic 50W

Spent 2 hours in a shop looking for my new main giggin amp.
Came home with is. I needed something versatile and I couldn’t get one single bad tone out of this guy. From lovely cleans (more Marshall inspired, but can approximate an American tone), to creamy crunches to a ripping lead channel that does the 70/80ies thing and gets way more modern than people think with the right EQ settings.

No frills, simple to operate, all things considered pretty light. It’ll be mostly gigged but it’ll have a nice spot in the studio next to my JC-120 and my Deluxe Reverb.

Pretty happy with it!

Trouble is I also spent some time with a VOX Ac30C2 (regular, modern, Celestion Greenback) for a great price which I’m now dreaming about… wasn’t what I was looking for (as mentioned, an all-rounder to gig with), but sounded superb. Might have to go back!

Ibanez Q pickups fix

I just bought an Ibanez Q series in non working conditions, the neck and middle pickups don’t work and the tone knob doesn’t work.
Opened it up, the tone knob is an unsoldered wire (see second pic), which I’ll figure out where to solder… the pickups use this connector I’ve never seen before that is broken, both three pin connectors are loose.
What to do? Can this be replaced? I’ve never seen them before but I think they’re supposed to be some sort of “easy swap” system…
By the way, I also wouldn’t mind to get a different sets of single coils, but I wouldn’t know how to get these “quick swap” baseplates…

What are these pickups, how to fix them

So, I recently started playing with a band that rehearses regularly in a studio which, while nice enough, in my opinion has the most unbalanced selection of amps ever: 2x Orange Rockerverb, a Marshall JCM2000 and a JCM900… I play a Fender Deluxe Reverb or a Roland JC120 that I use as pedal platforms.
At the first rehearsals with them I really really struggled to get a sound I liked. I plugged into the Orange that was super dark and impossible to brighten up without distorting. Bear in mind I need to play some funk rhythms that need to be crystal clean.
Would any of the Marshall’s be better next time? I am actually familiar with both but I’ve never used them in this context and with this board?
The photo is from a month or so ago, I’ve swapped the ODR for a bug muff that I need for a song

I have a gig with a band playing all sort of pop and rock classic and I’ve been trying to find the perfect axe for it among the ones I own.

I decided for my AZ but I’m not happy with the bridge pickup in this context.

Reason is while the SD Fortuna sounds absolutely great, it’s a very low output HB which lets me down in the more hard rock 80ies tracks where I need a more powerful lead sound.

I figured I’d try to swap it given I have plenty of guitars with PAF style HBs and it could make it into the super versatile HSS I want it to be.
