Everything I've seen says the city owns it but the homeowner has to maintain it.

They said most people it takes 60-90 days and I'm coming up on 90. I've always had bad luck with medications. Really the only thing it's doing is somewhat lessening the buzz so I don't get sloppy, which is good I suppose, but no lessening of cravings at all.
Anybody else in the same boat?
Parker can lift cars easily for instance. Is it because Reilly is just an old depressive drunk and has mistreated his body so much?
Did they smell the piss of a more powerful dog or something and they're like, out of respect I shall not piss?
Finally got through the entire process and to no surprise got denied, so now I need to lawyer up.
I never got to see it when it was open, but what did they sell? Just baskets?
The 2nd floor almost looks like someone lives up there, which is bizarre.
It's a bizarrely huge space and every time I've walked by or gone there it's either empty or there's 1 or 2 people in there. I don't see a steady stream of to go orders coming in and out either.
It's been closed for years now. Is it going to be fixed ever?
We're planning a trip for my birthday. We've been looking in Cabo and Puerto Vallarta mainly I think. Basically want to be on or by the ocean and just have a worry-free stay. Any recommendations would be amazing.
