I have read that there are private therapists who write you the indication letter after just one appointment. How do I find them? I currently live in Cologne, but I would even travel to Berlin if I were guaranteed to get the indication letter there.

I (MtF, of legal age) need to get on HRT as quickly as possible. If possible, I want to avoid DIY and go the official route. The problem: I have already been in therapy with several therapists, but unfortunately, I haven't had any luck so far. I don't know what to do anymore, which is why I am turning to Reddit. If there is no other way, I will probably have to resort to DIY. Does anyone have tips for me? E.g., which vendors are trustworthy or where to even find them. All info is appreciated, I am very grateful for any help!
