Especially while working in a very unsafe environment for myself, with a narcissistic boss, and having been scapegoated myself. How do I calm the fuck down.

I have a very basic question to ask. I have shortlisted a TV on galaxus. I would like it to be wall mounted in my living room and the electrician will have to make wiring from the TV stand to the electricity socket a bit further discretely from the side of the floor. around 9-10 metre. Should I order the TV and the implementation service and they will be able to do it? Should I get the TV delivered and hire an electrician separately? Where should I buy the TV wall mount, wire and all those things that might be required?
