AITA

I got married a few months ago and one of my close friends didn’t end up making it. Back story is, her ex boyfriend so happened to be my now husbands friend. She is in a different relationship now however, she said that she wasn’t sure she was going to go the wedding because her ex was possibly going to be there. I told her that I think it’s a silly reason and she needs to be more mature about the situation because at the end of the day she’s my friend and going for me. But, I told her if she doesn’t go because of the possibility of him being there than that’s fine. Fast forward to when the rsvp cards are due and we finally find out that he won’t be attending due to a family matter. Once I found out, I immediately told her that he wasn’t going to be there. She ended up deciding not to go to the wedding and claims she was going to send a card. She didn’t end up giving me an explanation which I thought was rude. But I also didn’t ask why. I feel like if she was a true friend she would’ve just told me the reasoning behind it. Her ex said no so I’m not sure why she still didnt want to go. I haven’t spoken to her since. AITA for holding a grudge still? Am i in the wrong for feeling some type of way?

I just got married and my parents are telling me that I am not allowed to see any of my friends anymore unless I’m with my husband. Is this true? I truly think I’m allowed to still have a social life and still have girl time.
