Hey guys so recently some not all games will be at about 30-40fps and be very choppy, and then when I alt tab it runs fine for about a couple seconds then goes back to low fps. It only happens in borderless fullscreen and normal full screen. Windowed mode it's find. I tried messing with all the setting like on task manager setting it to high priority, disabling fullscreen optimization, graphic settings, redownloading drivers, DDU, turning of v sync or g sync. I have a 7600x3d 9070xt 32gb ram and playing on 1440p

So I have the 7600x3d and just upgraded from a 9060xt to a 9070xt and my fps is still the same. I have 16gb of ram and a 750w psu and wondering what could be causing the bottleneck I’m think maybe the ram? What should I do?
