INTUit gonna SKYROKET 🚀🧨💸
The last few posts were super long, so imma keep this short.
Also, i’m semi drunk so ignore the sentence structure and wording (no, i’m not going to fix this with chatgpt because i dont wanna sound like a bot)
========
Intuit has 4 main products
QuickBooks (accounting)
TurboTax (tax filing)
Credit Karma (free credit scores)
Mailchimp (email marketing)
=============
Honestly, Mailchimp can go to 0, I wouldnt care. Terrible waste of $12B, but whatever. Ignore this.
Credit karma wont really change in this market. It’s main factor of change is interest rates on the macro level (because they make money through referrals on credit cards and loans, etc.)
TurboTax. People are saying that AI makes filing taxes easier and you dont need turbotax. Which is true, but trust is important when it comes to taxes. AI Assisted, is the way to go. Intuit has been ALL IN on getting claude in its chatbots, as well as plugins into claude itself. This is a company that’s always saying “AI AI AI”, so obv there SHOULD be an AI premium.
Quickbooks. Really? You think a company with 100 employees on the payroll using quickbooks, generating invoices, incomes and expenses tracked, auto categorization, now ai assisted chat in built into quickbooks, and plugins to claude for quickbooks, and an existing workflow, and accountants being able to access into these accounts, is all gonna go away because ‘AI’? Like, what?? AI will make things easier, it may make competitors come up with good products, but it will NOT EASILY remove the stickiness of quickbooks (yes, i’m aware quickbooks overcharges every year, but its not worth the risk to be changing to a software that isnt mature yet).
Quickbooks is the majority of the revenue, and i’m certain that revenue wont be affected much with AI, and in fact, I think they’re going to beat estimates, with all these new partnerships, and simply by saying ‘AI’ more in public.
TLDR: Earnings call CEO Sasan K. GOODarzi gonna make a GOOD speech saying AI so many times that the algorithms going to pump the stock to 450+ easy.
