What do you guys think the threshold will be for A and for each paper?

I am an international student in Asia and got a conditional offer for Bpharm at SEGi. I got BCC in A level Chemistry, Maths and Physics respectively. I took A level Biology in M/J 26 and predicted A. However I'm scared that I might miss my predicted grade and get a B. Their entry requirements are ABC, BBB and AAC. Do you guys know if they might still take me? Let me know please.
