Can someone explain bias to me
it's just when you cut the pattern out diagonally? Why does this matter? And why is bias tape on the bias and not just a regular strip cut out?

So I max out my 401 and have the match. Then I invest either 3.5 or 4k a month in my brokerage account in etfs, I haven't done a backdoor Roth because honestly it's such a small amount you can contribute from what I understand. Is there something I'm missing? People put huge amounts away must just put it in a brokerage right?
I'm trying to make a dress to walk my dog in his summer. I wear hijab so it has to be long sleeved, but I mainly need the bodice area so if the pattern is a short dress thats fine.
Thanks in advance!
