What age did your toddler drop naps completley ?

I’m probably jumping the gun here but I’m curious to see the variations in age my daughter is almost 27 months and the last week or two I notice even though she is absolutely exhausted going to bed roughly around 8pm she’s waking earlier 5.30 🫠 normally she wakes around 6.30, this morning she slept till 7.15am which in itself is unusual and creche have messaged to say she didn’t have a nap today now that’s never happened she has ALWAYS needed more sleep that other babies and toddlers her age she was always behind other dropping naps etc so I’m baffled at the no nap today I think by the time I collect her she will be asleep in a corner in crèche 🫠

Creche problems , advice ?

My child has been in crèche for the last year and has had amazing teachers caring for them and up until recently loved it, they are 2. (Trying to be vague re gender etc terrified of blow back from management), Recently a number of staff have left (All the amazing staff that care for the kids like they are there own)
Another teacher has been placed in the room temporarily but something is very wrong it’s a gut feeling and also it’s just so obvious in my child . I’ve also talked to Other parents who have expressed the same concerns and notice a big change in their children and how unhappy they are . More than one child now hates going into creche scream cries mine retreats into themselves and just looks so broken i even took them Out for a few days and used annual leave. I have no proof of what’s going on but something isn’t right. I also had to raise concerns over bruises on my child I was given an explanation however I feel there is more to it than that it wasn’t a simple accident I think someone made it so they would fall backwards (pulling a chair from beneath them).

What do I do ? Management are part of the problem not the solution they explain it away, I don’t know how to address this so it will be taken seriously and hopefully have the teacher removed especially since I have zero proof only my gut and my child to go by, I’m increasingly worried and have absolutely nowhere else I can send them it’s impossible to get another creche spot and if I don’t go to work we would barley cover Mortgage and bills . One family are considering pulling there child out altogether as we are all concerned that teacher will be looking after them full time.

Hay fever In toddler ?

My 2 year olds creche rang me today to say her eyes were very puffy and red and she was getting worse as the day went on naturally I went and got her straight away it does look like hay fever but is she very young for that ? I’ve no idea I’ve never seen it in a child so young ? She has very red eyes and tears rolling down her little face and a very runny snotty nose , the poor child she’s not complaining but looks awful . I’ve given zirtek changed the clothes she was wearing closed the windows and put Vaseline around her nose but is there ANYTHING else I can do ? I feel terrible sorry for her the poor mite. I’m going to strip off all the bedding tomorrow and wash it all and dry it in the dryer to avoid pollen hanging it out .

Would you go back to a hairdressers you made a complaint in ?

So long story short I had to make a complaint quiet some time ago 2+ years ago to my favourite hairdresser they really are amazing at their job BUT on the day I was there they were under staffed left people sitting there for hours I think I was there for 6 hours start to finish (I missed an appointment because of it) and they also charged me for something they didn’t actually do , they didn’t do it because they hadn’t got time to do it and cut corners but fobbed it off as me not needing it. again too many clients not enough staff. Now I did go back and they fixed my hair etc but I never went back after that.. since I felt terrible for complaining but at the same time I couldn’t let it slide I was out of pocket for a service I wasn’t given .

Would you go back ? I’ve never found a hairdresser as good as them. I’m petrified to go back, I’m sure they will think I have some neck. It’s a small family run business so they absolutely will remember me🫠
