I have the double whammy and this has been an absolute minefield for me.

I dunno wtf just happened. I was feeling that sadness/weird stomach feeling I get when hungry, then I started feeling sick, got to the sink, dry heaved, and spewed out what little I had in my system. I haven't smoked in 9 days, and I felt fine physically up until now. Gotta love my interoception being cooked.

I'm self diagnosed Autistic but it's painfully obvious and has been all my life with people making comments to that effect. Only in the past few years have my ADHD symptoms really showed themselves in terms I could adequately describe and explain to people.

All this to ask, what can I expect if I try to get a diagnosis in the UK? I'm feeling terribly anxious and overwhelmed with the thought of it. Thanks.
