Hallo zusammen. Vielleicht kann uns jemand ein wenig helfen. So sieht unser Budget aus.

Ich und meine Frau überlegen uns bis ende des Jahres ein Haus bis 300k Euro zu kaufen. Wäre das möglich bzw. Sinnvoll? Ich muss zugeben, dass mir die 300k etwas Schrecklich vorkommen.

Paar Infos noch - ich besitze ein Teil meiner Firma und bekomme ende des Jahres normalerweise Dividenden. Durch 12 geteilt wären das zwischen 500-800 Euro. Bei N ist in ein paar Monaten ein Gehaltserhöhung von 500 Brutto vorgesehen.

Bei Wartung für die Autos habe ich 0 Euro, da ich das nicht wirklich abschätzen kann. Falls etwas repariert werden soll, bezahlen wir es einfach aus unsere Ersparnisse. Wir haben 42k geteilt in Cash, Gold, ETFs und Aktien.

Ich freue mich auf eure Meinungen und Tips

I gave my mother my old Airpods ( 1st gen ) some years ago and last week they finally gave up completely. So I decided to give her my AirPods Pro 2 as a gift and to buy the Pro 3s as Amazon is selling them for 199 Euros here in Germany.

Honestly, I was so happy with the 2s that I didn't think the 3s could up them in any significant way. Boy was I wrong!

Somehow the 3s are even better and I love them. My ear canal doesn't hurt anymore from prolonged usage, the transparency mode is so much better and the sounds quality is better ( I am not sure how exactly, but it is ).

They are so comfortable, in fact, that at some point yesterday I forgot I had them on and had them in my ears for most of the day, until my wife asked me what was I listening to late in the afternoon.

They are worth it over the 2s and especially worth it over the 1s if you have them is all I am saying
