Dominus magnetisation job is driving me insane. Please link a guide

The Eye of Terror Battleforce box doesn't come with enough of the "elbow" pieces to magnetise in the same way that you magnetise a Questoris kit. It also doesn't come with enough hub-caps for the butt of the guns. So I'm going to have to magnetise at the "wrist", and at butt of each weapon. It's so fiddly, I've already drilled too far through several pieces of plastic, I'm getting tempted to just fully plastic glue the Castellan and admit defeat. Any guides you know of that I can follow would be appreciated

I want to love Grey Knights, I really do. They're my first army, and I've learnt the game using them. I love teleporting, I love bonking people with nemesis force weapons, I love 2+ 4++. But after losing my last 10-or-so games, I'm just losing my will to keep them.

Maybe I'm just bad. But a lot of the time, I really don't see my mistakes or my missed opportunities. And most of the time, my opponents don't either. I play in a fairly competitive environment and have improved drastically as a result. I would describe myself as a good player, and the regulars at my LGS would agree. So at the end of a game, when I ask what I could've done better, my opponents very rarely have anything to say. My dice are average, my opponent's too, I just think the faction is the problem.

I just don't think we're in a good spot, and haven't been for a while. 2+ 4++ has been power-crept into obsolescence, everyone has a good option for high volume, high AP weaponry that makes our durability pointless. The NFWs just don't stand out any more, they don't feel special next to other factions with similar stat-lines attached to ranged weapons. They don't punch through the things they are supposed to punch through (like elite infantry) because 2 Damage often results in needing at least 2 failed saves to kill one model (think Deathwing Knights, Canoptek Wraiths). And the main thing, the absolute kick in the nuts, is the volume of units we can field. It is so damaging to only have 8-12 units on the field depending on the list. By battle-round 3, we simply don't have enough units to effectively score or kill. Even when we have amazing alpha-strikes to remove super high value targets, the clap-back is so damning (because of the survivability), that we are just left with nothing of value

I'm not an IA player, sorry for plaguing your subreddit with my presence. I've never used allied IAs before and am looking at the Exaction Squad as a screening tool for my IK army. 11 models is a big footprint, and Nuncio-Aquila seems like a great way to stop people muscling me off my home. Imperial Law to threaten any deep-strike capabilities my opponent is fantastic. And the Arbites Med-kit to bring models back if my opponent does attempt to shoot me off my home from range is a lovely bonus.

All-in-all, on paper, a fantastic screening tool. But I'm not really sure what wargear they are allowed to run, and which weapons are best?
