DNS question

Question about WiFi, DNS and all that stuff

I am not a tech savvy person at all, and saw this warning pop-up on my home Internet. I know my daughter just connected our Wii to play line. She had to enter a DNS into the Wii. Is this warning because of that? What can I do to protect our network and still allow her to play online? If it not something else, any guidance would be appreciated.

Kayak Conditioning

Exercise suggestions

I am 62 and just got a new-to-me P&H Capella (fiberglass). I had an original square-hatch roto-molded Capella for 28 years, but not paddled in 10 years.

I have been working out regularly (mobility, kettlebells, free weights). I wanted to make sure I could get the boat up onto the roof rack alone.

What are the top exercises to continue to build my paddle strength and endurance?

I was looking at a rowing machine, but I want more of that core rotation -pull of a kayak paddle.

What do you all do?

I rented a campervan out of Seattle and set off on a quest for Forests, Falls and Rocky Coasts.

I visited briefly during a cross-country trip in ‘97. This time I was back for a little deeper dive.

My Highlights:
Quinault Big Spruce Tree
Kalaloch cedar
The Tree of Life
Ruby Beach Sunset
Some Trees of the Hoh
Rialto Rocks and Sunset
Cape Flattery
Hurricane Ridge sunset and moonrise
Kayaking Freshwater Bay
Sole Duc Falls (complete with Tourons)
Marymere Falls

The rental van had some challenges from the start. Once I got to Heart of the Hills, it went downhill quickly (no pun intended). A dead coach battery…no water, no lights, no propane…ended my trip a day early…as I type after returning the van, I am grateful for all I saw, but sad I missed Storm King…(I would be at the rope section right about now…instead I sit a the SeaTac Doubletree a day early waiting for my room to open up)

Grateful for what I experienced…wishing I had more time.
