I’ve always had issues with insomnia when trying SSRI’s. Started slow and now at only 5mg insomnia kicked in. I feel so bad, don’t think I can tolerate this. Have sleep medication, but don’t help. I’m so scared, had such high expectations and now I don’t know what to do
I struggle with nervous sweating and read that many people get extreme sweating on Zoloft, is this true?
I read the same about Effexor, but didn’t experience it. Maybe I should stop worrying, but would like to hear if there are people not experiencing this?

Last year I was on Effexor and had to start super slow to avoid side effects, but unfortunately it messed with my sleep so had to stop. This year has been horrible with depression and anxiety. Since my brothers anxiety got cured by Zoloft I wanr to give it a try. Since I’m having severe anxiety at the moment I startet with only 1mg (mixture) yesterday and didn’t think anything of it, but about 2 hours later I got very increased anxiety, felt like I had 10 cops of coffee.
Same happened today, is it really possible to notice such a small dose. The thing is, it’s not normal anxiety, it felt like it did with effexor. How can I reach a therapeutical dose when I react on 1mg? Any suggestions?
