Steps on becoming a research analyst for a brokerage company?

I worked as an intern for a CRE company. Really hoping to make the next step. Any advice would be appreciated!

For what it’s worth, I’ve also worked as a residential realtor

Besides its height (1,049 feet which is the FAA limit), I believe this skyscraper will stand out as it’ll break the homogenous looking design of the rest of Brickell.

Unfortunately there are plans that will obstruct this towers visibility in the near future from the bay as the two buildings in the fore front of this picture are set to be demolished

New fan. E85 is my favorite Don Toliver song. Love the hook and the outro. Which of his other tracks sound as atmospheric and melodic as this one?

I also really like secondhand’s beat and melodies

How come so many Latin Americans without the financial means are still infatuated with moving/living in Miami when there are many other American cities with large Hispanic populations that offer a better quality of life today?

As a Hispanic local, I understand that this was once an easy medium cost of living American city to adapt to. That’s no longer the case, the salaries are terrible and the cost of living is astronomical. There are plenty of other very Hispanic cities in the US (Houston, Orlando, San Antonio, etc) that won’t you leave you economically deprived. It seems like Miami’s “aura” still seems to attract people to this place and many of the Latinos I know live extremely uncomfortably financially here as a result of this being their first city in the US.

Katie Holmes turned down the Dark Knight due to scheduling issues to film an extremely forgettable Mad Money. Is this one of the worst high profile career mistakes in acting? I feel like being in the masterpiece like the Dark Knight could have propelled her to A list status.

Let’s not forget she ended up doing Jack and Jill after that which got horrific ratings. It’s a real shame for her that she turned down the role.

Any clue as to what stadiums the copa America will be held?

I hope they host it in different places to continue growing the game.

Just a list of places that would be cool and have tolerable summer weather:

Ann Arbor (big house)
Minneapolis
Detroit (ford field)
Pittsburgh
Chicago (northwestern stadium and soldier field)
Cleveland
Colombus (the shoe)

Spain vs France is a great soccer rivalry and it doesn’t get nearly as much appreciation as it should

These neighbor countries have been the two best and most consistent European nations since 1998.

Spain has won 1 World Cup, 3 Euro cups and 1 nations league since then and France has won 2 world cups, 1 euro cup and 1 nations league since then.

They’ve had some key matchups in the 2006 World Cup, 2012 euro cup, 2024 euro cup and the 2025 nations league semi finals.

All signs are pointing to these two nations continuing to be the top 2 or at worst top 4 European nations moving forward given their youth development.
