We are having sigenergy 20kw battery storage being connected with 16 panels in next week or so. But we have no immediate plans for an electric / hybrid car yet.
Currently we on a fixed with smart meter but I want to be able to take advantage of cheaper off rate charging and of course exporting any excess.
Is this still possible without an electric car and can you be on cheap overnight tarrif with batteries?
Not sure what's going on, but if I turn my wiif off my phone Plex App was showing no libraries. Checked for updates on Playstore, cleared appdata and cache and signed back in with WiFi and it works but as soon as I switch to 5g it shows as offline mode?!
Remote access enabled via port forwarding and others don't seem to be having this issue.

Hi had to put S75 claim in against a solar company and after 2.5 years the bank have agreed joint liability and issued me a refund. This was around 3 months ago.
I thought that was the end of the matter.
Yesterday I received an email from the solar company stating they want come to a resolution and either want money to complete the install or paid for the work they did.
I used the refund to get the job completed by another solar company and had put the work right.
My question is do I need to engage with previous company or do I just ignore them?

What is the best way to play some demos? Does YouTube even output proper atmos audio?
Most of our movie watching is via my Plex Server and music over YouTube.
I have run Audyssey calibration and probably have loads of tweaking to do yet.
Also have Netflix and Disney+ but not in UHD. Don't know if their is content to test audio on there?
I have a win11 vm that has slowed down and very laggy. I have GPU pass through and removed and reinstalled the drivers checked the xml config but nothing I have tried seems to fix it.
Spun up a new win11 vm fresh install and it's blazing fast.
I don't wan to lose all my data and apps so is there anything else I can try?

So I used chatgpt landscape mode to help spruce up the back of our garden where we have some 20mm polar ice stones.
We really want a palm tree and some low maintenance plants but don't know how accurate and reliable gpt is at know what is right for a UK Garden. The main issue is that palm tree in the image would be about 8-10ft tall and the space on the left is wider than we got but the rest is all correct.
