do you wish you got #1 pick or are you ok with current path?
I started lifting about four years ago consistently. When I first started that I was about 6’2 140 pounds now I’m 195 pounds and I still feel like the skinny guy I was 4 years ago. and deep down I know I’ve gotten much stronger I mean the scale says it the weight I can put in the gym says it,
but I look at myself in the mirror and I see the same twig. I just I feel like it’s driving me nuts
anyone else encountered something similar have any advice on how to stop feeling this way?
