New Offer that includes going from Home Hub 4000 to GigaHub 2.0. ?

I live in a three level house of modest size. My 4000 is in on the main floor and so far has provided pretty stable service. A new offer has me moving from that to the Hub2.0. I have a pod in the basement that I plug my PS5 (not pro) into and the fluidity and speed is good. Is there any benefit to the 2.0 that I don't know about or can it cause more issues maybe. I have read so many conflicting comments on it. Have you had the two and what is the difference to you. Is it worth the risk of messing with something you find great in the first place? Thanks Cheers

Bell Loyalty Program Quote Offer / Scratching Head?

Has anyone received an email from Bell after trying to negotiate a new contract with a 2-year term and it is a quote numbered summary and the summary is totally non-sensical. It doesn't tell you what you get, the final price, GB speed....etc. Just a bunch of promotional discounts listed. I tried calling support and they said I have to agree to the contract and then they will send me the contract. What do I do? I guess I will call tomorrow as weekends might not be the best days to get resolution but wow. I was shocked at the summary that made no sense to me or the poor call-takers I contacted. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Frustrated, just a bit.

Quality of Customer Support vs. Bell?

Hi, I just signed a contract for Internet and Optik TV with Telus. (can still cancel it) I was wondering about an important part being customer service. I have been with Bell for a long time and anytime I have an issue with the internet or my TV channels or PVR or remotes etc. they have been very professional and fixed the problem. Does Telus provide similar support services? If for instance, the fibe needed to be worked on at the box, do they do it or does Bell get involved? I guess, for those with the Telus services above, are you happy with the support overall? Thanks

Hi all, I have been using the CVS Hydrocolloid Gel Adhesive Pads (3.07" x 2.32") with my G6 to prevent the caustic like rash/burns that I would get due to the adhesive on the G6. For those with the same problem, are you continuing to use this product or type of product with the G7? If so, is it this very one that I use now on my G6 or does that size not work with the G7? Thanks very much. It was this sub that solved my G6 issue years ago and I appreciate you all. Take Care
