Best advice for clearing acne?

So I actually don’t have a lot of acne, not severe anyways. I do have comedomes, minor scars, and some redness. I’m not too sure how to get rid of it. I have a really good routine, but I want to find a better solution. I’ve done tons of research and eventually I do want to work in skincare but I would appreciate any tips!

Why are jellycats so expensive?

I’ve been buying jellycats from resellers because I’m not a fan of their newer designs (love the retired ones). Even resellers are selling them for outrageous prices, literally over $200 when even the retired ones aren’t worth that amount. AND PEOPLE BUY THEM!!! I find it crazy, like I literally just want the cute ones but I ain’t gonna buy it for crazy prices.

I just got my MRI back and showed that I have 2 bulging discs with mild neuro stenosis. I am probably the most active person you’ll meet. I have to be at the gym almost every day, but now I can’t. I have to do spinal decompression therapy, wear a back brace, ice, and rest. The only activity I can do is walk pretty much. I don’t know what to do I’m devastated. I can’t go to the gym for at least 3 months now for this to heal. If anyone could give me advice on how to get past this please let me know.

I’m F19, and I’m very consistent with working out. I’ve gotten told many times that I look like I am a bodybuilder but I unfortunately don’t compete. I’m not sure where to start. I would like to be more on the leaner side and gain some lean muscle mass. Right now I’m at 23% body fat, and 138lbs which isn’t bad but also isn’t exactly where I want to be. If anyone has good gym advice it would be greatly appreciated!!! :)
