Plans to onboard PublicMetaDb?
With the new limitations to the number of connected apps via Trakt, are there plans to onboard PublicMetaDB as another source?

For context, I am 25 in a HCOL looking to FIRE and have been following the FIRE flow chart. I am currently maxing out my traditional 401k, HSA, and ROTH IRA. Although I am renting, and buying does not make sense where I live, I have been setting aside money into a brokerage account to use as a future ~20% down payment for a house (to prepare for the likelihood that I move in retirement/family rearing). As of now, I am halfway towards my goal of 200k. I've previously opted to continue contributing to a brokerage account as I am still unsure of my event horizon as opposed to a HYSA-equivalent.
My question is, would this money be better spent maxing out a MBDR? From my understanding, I'll need to eventually pay taxes on my gains in my brokerage whenever I want to leverage it as a down payment whereas I could treat my MBDR contributions as a pseudo-cash reserve while still experiencing tax-advantaged growth when that time arrives.
Note: I'm also under the pre-tense that I would be able to withdraw all ROTH conversions and MBDR 401k contributions penalty free (though I may be misunderstood).
Edit: Thanks for the advice, I will opt to use my MBDR rather than brokerage.
EDIT: wanted to note that I have not left yet, I have till August to renew my lease. But currently contemplating a leave, likely to another RS unit.
Hello all,
My lease is coming up in September and I've been living in East Harlem for the past 3 years. My current unit is a 1 bedroom 4th floor walk up with washer dryer ~500-550 sq ft if I had to guess.
I've grown fond of the area, but wonder how much more I'd appreciate a more convenient location. Currently, I'm ~18 minutes from the big plaza with a costco/aldis/gym, and ~12 min from the 6 (ik the q is being expanded but who knows when it'll actually complete). The LL/maintenance for the building is subpar, but I haven't run into many issues following my first two years here but the LL is notoriously awful. Additionally, I wouldn't mind more room and natural lighting for my plants/ 2 cats. I've been casually eye-balling some apartments here and there, but I haven't found any apartments with commendable management with a 1bd w/d unit anywhere close to my price range. The majority of which are +1000/mo than what I pay now.
One apartment I toured I really liked was The Alexander in Rego Park (~3500/mo), but am wondering am I crazy to consider leaving?
Hello all,
So I've just received my Neo65 Sonic He+. It was working great for an hour until eventually the keys stopped being detected. I've noticed that when I plug it in, it disconnects some of my other peripherals (other keyboards if connected and my mouse). This does not occur with my backup mechanical keyboard. Additionally, when plugging the same keyboard into my macbook, it works.
I've tried: using different usb cables, trying different ports on my motherboard, upgrading my bios, disabling legacy usb support in my BIOS. The keyboard is capable of rendering red RGB waves but that is it, no keys detected.

Hello,
I've recently been trying to watch this korean variety show I enjoy. I noticed that the old torrents I downloaded have been taken down on RD with infringing_file error. I tried to upload my own torrent with the same files, but the same error occurs. Is there any way to circumvent this?
