Do you let go in the moment of the feeling?

I'm going back to Hawkins and letting go as I realised I'd forgotten to use his method.

My question is how often do you practice? Is it in the moment of the emotion, or do you put time aside to let go?

I'm very curious to understand others ways of practice.

No beach days for my kids on these hot days.

Anyone here in the UK? If so, do you recall we used to have areas of beaches only for dogs? Currently in this heatwave I would love to take my children to the local beach but not only do the swarms of jelly fish put me off but so do the swarms of dogs!

My kid is scared of them and they all run off their leash, pooping happily on the sand where she builds her sandcastle, they pee all over, come bounding down the waters edge as they play in the water.

Ok I'll not take them to the beach but maybe we can go to the cafes on the promenade. Intersesting that almost every cafe has dog menus readily available but not kids menus. Dogs welcome everywhere but not your kiddos.

Sorry for the rant but when I was young I remember children were cherished. Even our local playpark stinks so bad in the heat because all the dog nutters drop their poop bags in the bin beside the swings!!!

How to apply letting go in my job search

A few months ago I was let go from my job. It was a shock , but actually welcomed as I was really exhausted from the corporate world. I practiced letting go of the hurt, confusion, anxiety and self pity. I'm in a good place however I can't see myself going back to what I did before. However I'm the main earner plus the mother.

I want to use Hawkins letting go to help me navigate and manifest something better for myself and family. Do I focus on the feeling or meditate? I remember Hawkins himself wrote about how he brought things into his life by visualisation.

Thanks for any pointers or experiences.

Diagnosis uk

My 6 year old daughter had what I thought was a mozzie bite on her butt....but it's been slowly increasing in size and looks like the EM rash. It's quite faint but it grew significantly. I'd found a tick on her a couple months ago, but removed it and it was super tiny. I actually had forgotten completely about it until I googled the rash symptoms.. I can't recall exactly where is was either so now feeling like a crappy mum.

GP said it could be ringworm but has sent photos to the pediatric team - I have no idea how long that will take given we are with NHS Scotland. I doubt it's ringworm as it's not itchy or scabby. I've had ringworm in the past so know it well and it's not spreading anywhere else .

I can't take a photo due to the location and post it here but it's pretty big and covers her half her butt cheek. She's had it around 3 weeks..she has a mild cold but no aches fever and is running around normally.

I don't know what to do now, wait or should I just go straight to a&e!

How to learn to use AI properly?

Are there any free or recommended courses to learn how to use AI properly? I'm in a senior customer service / operations role but I use it mostly for guidance and not to do the actual work..I want to start using Claude over chatgpt.

I'm not quite sure where best to start learning. I'm not a coder, I'd use it for doing reports / dashboards / analytics / presentation I suppose.

Any thoughts?

I've worked in forex/ CFDs in operational and commercial roles up to middle management for over 10 years. I want to move away from this but wonder if my applications for more senior roles will be taken seriously given the reputation of the industry. I've not had much luck when applying to banks and wealth management. I believe I must have a lot of transferable skills but I don't have a business or finance degree either.

I'd love to hear opinions and advice perhaps from others who've been in a similar situation?
