For context, I live in an at-will state. I completed a five-day training for a company, which was roughly 30 hours of work. During the first few days, I quickly understood what we needed to do, and I kept being told I was doing an excellent job and was learning quickly. After the third day, I noticed that everyone training me had a different method for doing the same tasks, and I was rapidly shown about three to four completely different and inconsistent ways of completing the same thing. Naturally, this would be very confusing for anyone, but I handled it. I soon realized there was no “specific way” a task needed to be performed, which means that all of our guests would receive inconsistent service depending on who was handling their tasks. I was fired midway through day five for being “unreceptive to training,” even though from days one to five, I was told I was performing well and had “huge potential to grow for the company." I strongly believe they hired too many people that week and decided to dismiss me to cover it up. It’s been nearly two weeks since I was let go, and I haven’t received payment for the last pay period, even though it was supposed to be paid out by now. Is there anything I can do?

does anyone know when the deluxe sandwich is going to be released? we got the placard with it when the new dessert build and menu changes came. but me nor any of my higher ups have heard about this sandwich, nor is it on the menu or have a date on the placard.

if i never have to make an XL pizza again it will not make up for how many i’ve made in the last 4 days. Graduation, Finals, and the mini boost week killed us. We did $6k on wednesday and over $7k on the other 3 days besides saturday we broke $8.5k

I’m a young adult being shorted on my work hours and actively looking for new employment. I don’t get paid until friday and we just ran out of milk and bread and we are on our last 36 miles of gas. if anyone can help that would be amazing. please dm me if able to assist i only have limited ways to get the money as i didn’t have enough money this month to pay my phone bill.
