I’m planning a spontaneous solo-ish trip to Kasol, Pulga, Tosh, Kalga and nearby villages for around 5–7 days sometime soon. Coming from Mumbai/Pune side.

Mostly looking to:

chill in cafés

short hikes & village hopping

bonfires / hostel scenes

psy / rave parties if something good is happening

meet interesting travelers and just disconnect for a bit

I’m pretty flexible with the plan honestly. Could do hostel hopping and keep it low budget. If anyone’s already there, planning similar dates, or wants to join for part of the trip, hit me up.

Me and my friend are planning to do the Annapurna Base Camp Trek around 22nd/23rd May and were wondering if anyone here would like to join us for the trek or part of it. We’re coming from mumbai/pune and planning a pretty chill/adventurous trip vibe.(budget trip)

Do we really need a guide now?

Is it better to book a full tour package that covers permits, stay, transport, etc. or just do it independently?

How’s the weather/trail conditions around late May?

Would appreciate any tips, budget advice, or itinerary suggestions too.

Thinking of doing a spontaneous Bandra/Khar or whatever place I’m up for all bar-hopping scene tonight good cocktails, music, random conversations, maybe ending with late-night food somewhere.
