I've been renting the same house for ten years, and they haven't done maintenance on it once. I pay early and keep a balance on my account. When the stove broke, I bought one even tho they are legally required to. When they ignored my requests to come do something about the squirrels that chewed a hole into my wall I hired a pest remover and tree trimmer myself. That cost over 1,000. Now that I have a very serious problem they are just leaving the house to rot. At the start of July squirrels ate pipes in my kitchen ceiling. I didn't know that at the time, I just knew water exploded out of the ceiling suddenly and we had to turn it off. 4 days go by and finally someone shows up and fixes only part of the leak. I didn't know that. So two days later it started raining in my kitchen again. Another 4 days with no water. This time I tell them, squirrels are trying to get into my kitchen through the hole that was cut to fix the pipes plus it's starting to mold. They told me it looked fine. Fast forward these last 3 weeks and I've been fighting off squirrels while dealing with massive mold growth across the whole ceiling. I gave notice that I'm leaving. When I moved in 10 years ago they required 1st, last and a security deposit. The laws in my State say that after 2 years they have to give back 1 of those and put the rest into an escrow account and pay me the interest. They never did. So I told them August is my last month and they can apply my money they held as the rent because I'm sure not giving them more. After I sent the notice they sent someone to wipe the mold and paint over it, but left the hole. This entire time the only thing the landlord would say is, I've retired and don't deal with it anymore. I hope they enjoy the constant turn over and money associated with people who don't stay like I did, when I moved in they told me they were tired of dealing with evictions and trying to find a long term renter.

We've all been talking about it, and multiple articles online from zendesk itself confirm they switched to a fully AI model in 2023. They might not use it 100% for the game, but AI is who we talk to.
