Can you get benefit entitlement for a depression claim?

I have been on OW for 2 months now and two weeks ago they wanted me to verify my status in Canada, family status , bank statements etc

I am wondering after I submit all of the information how long do they normally take to review the info?

Has anyone’s PTSD claim been denied because of

Criterion 2 which is=

“When considering if criterion 2 there needs to be an emotional reaction to the accident or injury, severe physical disability/impairment or a reaction to the treatment process, as an indirect result of a physical injury.”

WSIB is telling me they can’t establish the compatibility between my ptsd claim and my workplace injury.

I am separated from my husband but we have not done the divorce process yet. but for one of my bank accounts I forgot about because I don’t use it , I did not update my address for that specific account

Should I make a note mentioning how I forgot to update that bank account info?

My psychological entitlement was denied because my psychologist forgot to mention it was caused by work.

Is it possible to have my psychologist resubmit it to WSIB?

My RTW specialist is saying I can drive to work but I sold my car months ago..

But on the form that lists the tasks I can do it also says “unable to take public transit due to limited standing etc”

So how do they expect me to go back to work?

Me and my husband was married but then I caught him cheating and we have since separated and now I live in Ottawa and he lives in Toronto. We don’t have enough money to finalize it with a lawyer yet.

So can I change my status from married to separated for the time being?

What does it mean when WSIB says my “wage loss benefits will be adjusted”?

I declined a job offer from my employer due to psychological reasons

How can I prove that? Me and my partner we have been separated for years now and he lives in Ottawa and I live in Toronto with our child. We never had a separation agreement we just decided to live separately and he can see our child when she feels like seeing her dad. It was very mutual

OW is asking me for proof of rent but we never signed a realtor lease agreement since we both didn’t have realtors

We literally just signed a piece of paper saying how much I need to pay a month that’s all

Will that be enough for OW?

What can I do if I can’t get a hold of my caseworker ? I was told that I have to file my income, so I left a message, but she hasn’t responded in two weeks.
