I am looking for Accounting jœbs in Kuwait and most of them want someone with Payroll exp.

I am comfortable in Accounting but I have never done Payroll, so my question is how do I get started.

Can someone with Payroll experience help me in getting some resources.

Moreover I know Xlookup, vlookup and I know ot will help me with it but I need to get started from somewhere 🥺.

I am applying for jobs and most of them need Payroll experience and I need to gain some payroll experience in Excel.

Any guide or tutorial will be helpful

So lately I was apply everywhere for a Job and I got a call for a Cold Call role.

I need the job desperately so I said yes even tho my backrooms is Accounting.

So I am planning to post all my failure on LinkedIn so people can relate how it feels like.

Most likely I wont get the job because they were proposing Part-time job but I wanted a full-time position.
