Just wanted to say how much I love RPGtrader. It's like a new competitor to DriveThruRPG but it's so much nicer to use. Even its appearance is so much more pleasant.

There are SO MANY tags for filtering by system, tone, setting, player count and community tags to go even deeper. RPGTrade also does a good job of showing what's recently been posted, what's trending, what's popular. It's fantastic!

I have already uploaded one project myself to it, and I want to finish more just to put them on RPGtrader. It's so much nicer to use as a creator than DriveThru or Itch.io I highly recommend it. Please put everything you have made on RPGtrader so I can buy it there instead, thanks!

I like doing RP heavy runs using smaller NPCs. I already did a "Vyke's Mimic Tear kills him and becomes Lord of the Frenzied Flame where he failed" so I already had a Frenzied Flame build ready to go.

With the buffs to perfume bottles, I thought I'd revise my Lanya build now.

Lanya, as the wayward servant of Diallos, doesn't give us much to go off. I won't share their sliders because they're almost identical to the seafarer face, and her armor is just the chain armor set. Which I think is one of the ugliest sets lol.

So I tried a couple of servant/foot solider/scout looks for her. And as she isn't seen with a weapon, I am opting for Frenzied Flame perfume bottles because those wouldn't be noticeable on her corpse. I may also try some crossbow/thrusting sword play and attempt to play Lanya like a Page.

I am a big advocate for leveraging photography in tabletop art. It disappoints me how many designers resort to AI art instead of exploring what art could be. So here is my example!

I used two photographs from Unsplash both available for commercial use for free under the Unsplash license. Yes the silhouetted guard was a photograph of a reenactor. I cut them out and crushed it into a black silhouette to cover the real person standing there, which also provided me with a very real shadow for the guard to stand on and have some depth. The maze like stone hallway took a long time to find but it was perfect. I then used the black negative space I created to put the text. The title font is a 100% free font from DaFont.com called Ritual of the Witch. The rest is Times New Roman.

So two images, two fonts and hyper crushing the contrast and luminosity until I got these black and white images! The bulk of the time I spent on this was searching for the perfect images.

The game itself is called Skulker and is going to be a hack on The Zone RPG which is a horror game based on films like Stalker and Annihilation. Mechanically not much will change, but I will need to rewrite the whole game to be dark fantasy instead of contemporary modern, which will be time consuming.
