Finally got my Ebay Chinese replacement liners. They actually got here fairly quick. Ordered on the 19th shipped on the 21st, and got here on the 30th. They fit great, function perfectly, no blade play, nice and centered, no lockup issues, and the finish looks just fine. Used my old blade and pivot with a Flytanium hardware kit and a set of their garage sale scales with a new LNW clip. Pretty happy with the end result. And my RGT terotuf set for the Salt should be here early next week.

Pretty stoked to try out the 3V from Kershaw. Happy I waited for some different options. But now that I picked up this one, they'll probably do a micarta version.

I know Ripp's are great, and I have a set in micarta, but I have zero experience with terotuf. So, for those who have them, what do you think of them? Better than, worse than, about the same as micarta? I know the differences on paper, just looking for some actual user opinions

I had a set of mint green scales laying around, so I gave them the ol Rit treatment and swapped them onto my S30v. Then I figured I may as well see how the old AWT scales look on the 15v. Pretty happy with how the dye job turned out, and I think I'll leave the AWT on the 15v for a bit

I've wanted a Benchmade Redoubt for quite some time. So now that they are on sale and I had some rewards points, I went for it. I threw on some cerakote AWT scales and swapped on a larger stock clip until my LNW shows up. I know CPM-D2 isn't for everybody, and that's cool. But I've been happy with it in some of my other knives. Especially my Protech Rockeye. Pretty happy with how this turned out, and am looking forward to putting it to work

I've wanted to pick up a Redoubt for quite some time. Since they are on sale, and I had some rewards points, I finally pulled the trigger. I threw on some cerakote AWT scales in the limited run color called "North Sea" I have the same color on my my Yojimbo 2, and I really liked how that turned out, so I doubled up. Now, I'm just waiting for my LNW clip to show up. In the meantime, I swapped out the stock one for this larger factory clip I had foating around. I know that CPM-D2 isn't for everybody, and that's cool. But I've been happy with it in some other knives of mine. Especially my Protech Rockeye. I'm pretty stoked with this one so far, and can't wait to put it to use.

LNW does an awesome job with the creative clip line. Kinda hard to tell in this lighting, but it matches the heat anodized hardware fairly well. Different than I was expecting, but I'm happy with it

The Manix 2 is definitely one of my top three models. Especially with a set of AWT scales. To me, the improved ergos make a huge difference compared to the stock profile. What's everyone got on them today?

What did everyone go with today? Any new knives from Father's Day?

The random wheel will be getting a little break coming up. I'm gonna take a couple weeks off and start up again after the 4th. It's been enjoyable and has helped me thin the herd quite a bit. I only have a handful left that I'll need to make a decision on, while the rest of the collection is either new knives, older knives that were part of the regular rotation, or old favorites that I know I'm going to keep and they just need to be back in the line up. So last week, the random wheel chose the mini bugout, and it was great. It's a solid little knife with the AWT scales, but the stars of the week for me were the new Crucarta Native 5 and the Chaparral I got today. Pretty stoked about both of those. The M4 Native snuck in a day last week, and that's when I decided it was break time. It'll be nice to carry whatever I want for a bit, and I'm anxious to get some of the newest knives out for some action.

I've had this one on my list for a long, long time. Probably years, but have never pulled the trigger for some reason. The wife surprised me with it today. She's a keeper, and the knife ain't bad either
