Hypothetical Noob Questions

If you were to use a Thunderhawk gunship in Warpbane could you give it the Mandulian Reliquary to give it 3 OC? It’s a frame vehicle with hover so would you measure from the frame for objective purposes? At 19 inches long, is there a possibility to overlap two objectives measuring from frame?
