I've been really struggling these past few weeks. And I did things that I'm not really proud of. Pero kahapon, I talked to my counselor kahit na months na since nag visit ako sakanya. Problem/Goal: Should I switch careers and look for different jobs?

Context: 25 M working as a safety officer in a University. I've been an employee there for almost 2 yrs and 6 months and until now Job Order. Licensed Engineer and CSC passer din. I enjoyed what I'm doing cause I can do what I want basta related sa Public Safety and DRRM. May sense of purpose din kasi ang ginagawa, and tingin ko nakakatulong ako sa marami. But being a Job Order means no benefits and leaves and the salary is not competitive anymore (masyado ng mataas bilhin and inflation)

Previous Attempts: I tried applying for other companies and government agencies pero wala Rin since wala din kasi akong Backer kahit na tingin ko napaka ganda ng credentials Ko and background.
