Extremely intolerant people, how much lactase do you take?

I’m either not taking enough, or I am sensitive to something else in the dairy. It’s been more than two years now since I became intolerant and I haven’t figured this out. Does anyone need to take like 50,000 FCC or more of lactase in order to be confident that you will be ok? Should I be doing this?

My kid is really sad that Costco took away the water bottle vending machine. Like emotionally disappointed. It was 25 cents, and the way the machine worked was really fun for a kid to operate. Does anyone know of a vending machine like that in the area? We will legit go out of our way to visit a machine like that. Hard to describe the way it worked so I hope someone knows what I am talking about.
