Dream Air Slam: Error 10.600
Good evening. I received the Pimax Dream Air Slam but it is not recognized by the Pimax Play (Error 10.600). I've tried everything: uninstalling the NVIDIA drivers and reinstalling them with DDU, updating the firmware and software, using other versions of Pimax Play. Nothing has helped the problem. I also opened a ticket (actually 3) directly from the Pimax Play app, I received confirmation via email but I have not received any other answers (a few days have passed and I would not like the (The 14-day trial period will expire pending a response from support.) How can I resolve this?
