I was with TP last 2009 to 2010. They were my first BPO Company. I already knew they don't accept re-hires. I tried to join one of there virtual interviews as I was curious if they will still see I'm a former employee and YES they still saw it. They didnt actually confirm it to me but after I finished the initial interview, it took long for them to validate my application (40 mins plus) which I knew they were validating if the same person on their record. Anyway.. curiosity fulfilled for me.

Hello, how is this account overall? Is the management here ok? What are the usual shift schedules And rest days? Is it queuing here?

A brief background about myself. I've been working in the BPO industry since 2010. Been an agent, TL and Trainer. My last company was with CNX, I got in a floating status then just decided to leave due to the waiting time for me to be reprofiled, this happened Dec 2025...I've been applying for leadership position since then..

I have a lot of friends from this industry who had been floated and soon resigned who are currently looking for a new company to work for (There from different BPO companies prior). Im noticing the trend of applicants who have experience already that they're accepting a low ball offer just to get a job. Some of those who I know who are in the leadership position came back to being an agent (Some were able to still apply to a leadership position, lucky them).

The offer for BPO companies are the same offers I saw when I started 2010 which is somewhat demotivating to continue with this industry..

What are your thoughts? 💬

If you left the BPO industry...where are you now? (aside from switching to being a Virtual Assistant)?

By the way, im still unemployed.

Has anyone tried to take up theology as a working student?
