“Хүнд туслах хүнд лай болдог юм байна.”

Hey everyone, I just want to share something that’s been sitting heavy on me for months now.

Around 7 months ago, while working at one of the most well known tech companies in Ulaanbaatar, I helped one of the company’s cofounders by lending him service materials worth around 10 million MNT. There was no interest, no fee, and no contract involved. I trusted him because he was one of the founders of the company and he said he needed help for a startup project he was working on.

At first, I was patient and understanding. I waited for months without putting pressure on him. But after he got what he needed, everything changed. My messages on Facebook were left on seen, my phone calls went unanswered, and even trying to contact him through his assistant led nowhere.

As time passed, I started getting worried that I might never get my money back. I began talking with some coworkers about the situation, and that’s when I found out I wasn’t the only person who had issues with him. I heard stories about financial problems, bad behavior toward coworkers, and even other cases where people had lent him money and never got paid back.

By February, my frustration had built up badly. Every time I asked about repayment, there was another excuse, another delay, another promise that never happened. After months of trying to stay calm, I finally lost my patience today and said, “Hey liar, give me my money.” I did not swear or threaten him, but the response I received back was rude and aggressive.

What disappointed me the most was what happened after that. I went to talk to our current CEO because I trusted him and honestly thought he would at least understand my side. Instead, he defended the former CEO and told me this situation was basically my fault.

That moment genuinely made me feel stupid and naive.

I still love many things about the company. The culture, the coworkers, the environment, and the opportunities were all great. But this experience is enough to leave my company because i no longer trust my company directors

The biggest lesson I learned from all of this is: Хүнд туслах хүнд лай болдог юм байна.”

2014 W212 E400 Hybrid - yellow gear Malfunction problem

Hey fellow Benz enthusiast and owners. Anyone with hybrid mercedes benz encountered such issue before?

The main warning message displayed on the dashboard is “Malfunction” accompanied by a yellow gear icon.

The problem usually occurs when the car is cold, especially in the morning. During low-speed maneuvering, particularly when shifting between Drive and Reverse, the vehicle may jerk slightly or move unexpectedly while reversing even without pressing the accelerator. Shortly after that, the malfunction warning appears, and in some cases the engine shuts off completely.

I scanned the vehicle and occasionally received fault code: P060600 (CP48)

So far i have changed transmission oil, software update, 12V battery and auxiliary battery change but problem still exist. Should i change TCU? Or is there anythinf else that needs to be checked like wiring, and alternator?

Hi everyone, I’ve been getting a malfunction warning on my dashboard for a while now. The issue usually occurs when the car is cold in the morning. When I shift from Drive (D) to Reverse (R) while maneuvering, the car sometimes jerks or slightly accelerates on its own while reversing—even when I’m not pressing the gas. Shortly after, the malfunction warning appears, and in some cases, the engine even shuts off.

When I scanned it, I got error code P060600 (CP48), but the code doesn’t show up consistently.

So far, I’ve replaced the 12V battery, changed the transmission oil, and had the software updated at the dealership, but the problem persists.

Has anyone experienced something similar or have any idea what might be causing this?
