E1 vs S1 Yaoguang c E2S1 SW999
I know this topic has been brought up a number of times, but as the title suggests, which one should I prioritize in my current situation.
Is it worth getting S1 and getting 201 spd YG & 200 spd SW999 (once I get the relics right) for the extra turn or is E1 still better overall?
From what I’ve seen, getting 201 spd YG and 200 spd SW99 hits a critical breakpoint and I don’t know if I can currently reach that breakpoint without S1 YG.
BONUS: Is it worth sacrificing Crit Value on YG just to get more speed?

How to transition to global stocks from PH stocks
I am beginner investor who wants to transition from PH stocks to US stocks. What is the best way to go about this when doing small incremental transactions each month? I am looking to go to IBKR and funding my account through BDO --> WISE --> IBKR for minimal feels. My questions are:
- How do I access IBKR safely?
- Is it safe to transition to IBKR after the SEC restrictions?
- Are small incremental transactions (~5,000-10,000 each month) realistic with all the fees?
- Is this transition a good idea?
