Really pleased with how this mani turned out!

I used to cut my proximal nail fold, mistaking it for the cuticle (ouch). I've been letting it heal, so I wanted a manicure that could give that area a little breathing room. I saw this idea on Pinterest and loved it!

In order:

First night out 💚✨

I went to a Korean BBQ last night and brought out my JW Pei Gabbi Ruched Hobo Handbag in grass green (the green tone comes off more cool in the photo, it's brighter and more yellow toned irl). It's my first nice handbag! I'm a girl on a budget, so it's gently used. While I prefer real leather, I love the colors and novelty handbags from JW Pei. This green is like a dopamine hit for my brain every time I see it!

Base color: Salley Hansen Insta-dry In A Blush #239

Accent colors: Essie Crunch Crunch #1856, Sally Hansen Insta-dry On The Download #492 and Peachy Breeze #333

Top coat: Sally Hansen Insta-dry (red bottle)

While most of the colors photographed well, I had a hard time getting the red look right. It's not quite as bright/dark as in the picture and has more of pink hue to it. It's still a great color, though!

I'm still new to polish, and my right hand is just the light pink base color because I cannot paint very steadily with my left hand yet. 😅

My husband and I customized this Android Barbie for our daughter. Her body is modified from this 3D printed model. My husband redid the belt piece to have the Barbie "B" on it, and he also redesigned the neck peg to fit a Barbie head. I cut her hair into a bob before putting it on the 3D printed body. He also printed her with an RFID tag in her butt so when she sits on my daughter's Tonie box, she plays the soundtrack from the Barbie Movie. 😅
