TLDR: I’m looking for what these trucks are used for, not what kind of truck this is.
Hello All!
A few months ago I made a post in this sub looking for advice about keeping a job long term as an AuDHD individual (post here for context: https://www.reddit.com/r/neurodiversity/s/vdkIKIvB58). Well anyway I decided to look into a new career field, and I’m going to take classes at my local community college to get into the auto repair industry. Mostly because it’s non-customer facing, it can be repetitive tasks, it keeps me active and moving, and it involves problem solving.
Anyway, my questions are thus,
Thank you in advance for any advice or question answers!
TLDR: Looking to get into the automotive repair industry as an AuDHD individual, seeking advice from other neurodivergent individuals in this field (see questions above).
Seriously this is the 10th accident like this I’ve seen in the past week! People really need to stop following so closely, AND stop driving, distracted.
Seriously, the amount of dump trucks I see speeding, weaving in and out of traffic like they’re a much smaller vehicle, driving with their bed cover/bed raised, and just general reckless is nuts! Look I get that our area has shitty drivers, but doing that same behavior in a dump truck (especially one with a loaded bed) is a whole other level of recklessness/selfishness.
….If you see this, I just wanted to say that I’m deeply sorry for my actions. This is not an excuse but I’ve been going through an incredibly rough time, and have been under an incredible amount of stress. You almost merging into me/cutting me off was the straw that broke the camel’s back (so to speak), and caused me to lose my cool. Once again I apologize, and I’m sorry.
Surprisingly the 4th tire wasn’t like these other 3 and yes they were all the factory installed tires. Oh and of course the customer asked if we could just replace one or two of the tires….🤦♂️ Bonus points if you can guess the car.
