Ok I’ve been driving through West Virginia and I’ve seen SO many trucks with equipment like this on the back. Does anyone know what these trucks are used for?

TLDR: I’m looking for what these trucks are used for, not what kind of truck this is.

Drove by this kei van today. Google was unhelpful (even with the unique grille). Does anyone know what it is?

Does anyone in this sub work in the auto repair industry?

Hello All!

A few months ago I made a post in this sub looking for advice about keeping a job long term as an AuDHD individual (post here for context: https://www.reddit.com/r/neurodiversity/s/vdkIKIvB58). Well anyway I decided to look into a new career field, and I’m going to take classes at my local community college to get into the auto repair industry. Mostly because it’s non-customer facing, it can be repetitive tasks, it keeps me active and moving, and it involves problem solving.

Anyway, my questions are thus,

  1. Does anyone have experience in this industry as a neurodivergent individual?
  2. Was/is it a good career path for you?
  3. What are some challenges you faced as a neurodivergent individual in the industry?

Thank you in advance for any advice or question answers!

TLDR: Looking to get into the automotive repair industry as an AuDHD individual, seeking advice from other neurodivergent individuals in this field (see questions above).

*DJ Khaled Voice* “Another One!”

Seriously this is the 10th accident like this I’ve seen in the past week! People really need to stop following so closely, AND stop driving, distracted.

What is up with all of the reckless dump truck drivers?

Seriously, the amount of dump trucks I see speeding, weaving in and out of traffic like they’re a much smaller vehicle, driving with their bed cover/bed raised, and just general reckless is nuts! Look I get that our area has shitty drivers, but doing that same behavior in a dump truck (especially one with a loaded bed) is a whole other level of recklessness/selfishness.

To the person I road raged at earlier in Old Town…

….If you see this, I just wanted to say that I’m deeply sorry for my actions. This is not an excuse but I’ve been going through an incredibly rough time, and have been under an incredible amount of stress. You almost merging into me/cutting me off was the straw that broke the camel’s back (so to speak), and caused me to lose my cool. Once again I apologize, and I’m sorry.

Customer States, “My car is shaking whenever I drive it. Can you find out what’s wrong?”

Surprisingly the 4th tire wasn’t like these other 3 and yes they were all the factory installed tires. Oh and of course the customer asked if we could just replace one or two of the tires….🤦‍♂️ Bonus points if you can guess the car.
