I want to build a DCF model for a company, but I'm a little confused about where to start.
It's not that I'm unfamiliar with DCF. I've completed the Financial Modelling course on Internshala and also watched Parth Verma's Financial Modelling playlist on YouTube. While following his videos, I built a DCF model, but I feel like I was mostly copying what he was doing rather than truly understanding the process.
Now, I want to build DCF models on my own and work on real-world projects that will add value to my resume. Could someone guide me with a step-by-step approach?

Hi, I was preparing for the CFA, many people suggested that complete some NISM certifications to build a strong foundation. So, I decided to take the NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) and Series XV (Research Analyst) exams.
I have successfully cleared Series VIII, but unfortunately, I have failed Series XV twice.
The biggest challenge for me is the case study questions. I'm specifically looking for free mock tests or practice resources that cover a wide variety of case studies. If anyone knows of good free resources or has any advice on how to improve my performance in the case-study section, I'd really appreciate your suggestions. Thank you!
