I love kinky curly styles and straight styles & I’ve never worn a buss down ( if that’s what it’s called lol) I wouldn’t mind figuring out how to make them either..I wanna grow out my natural hair but still keep it cute..I need some advice.

so I recently did a relaxer on my hair which was already damaged last week. But I’m in cosmetology school and I’m learning so much and I want to prioritize hair health over styles. (My hair is cut in a pixie and I botched the cut as well lol) I want to do a shorter cut-but those naturals out there who have been natural for awhile-what styles do yall recommend ? Idk if I wanna big chop cuz I don’t have a lot of new growth anyway. I really wanna do right by my hair this time. Thanx for reading!
So far this medication feels like a muscle relaxer and I’m a lil scared…it’s only been 35 minutes since I took it. Everything feels a lil too calm.. not sure exactly what to do but I guess I’ll stay up until I fall asleep..anyone take this stuff before?
