How would you go about tracking frozen fruit?

I was wondering if the nutrition and weights of fruit and vegetables changed when frozen, mainly the weights. If I were to buy 10 bananas, slice them and then freeze them and just take however many grams at once would that be equal to 50g of fresh banana? The main reason I ask is I currently buy frozen bananas from Walmart and their nutrition label isn’t the same as the fresh banana weight from the USDA.

Edit: I had a nutrition label for bananas that said 80 calories for 140 g of banana and after reflecting I realized that my confusion likely is coming from a nutrition label issue.

Expenditure dropping as I start a cut

I’ve just started a cut and my expenditure is dropping pretty steadily and I was just wondering if this was normal and if this is noise that will somewhat level out since I went from slight surplus to deficit or if my expenditure really is dropping quickly?
