Jo bhi exam conduct karata hai usko meri bad dua lagegi

So apparently people having ews certificate are not poor than sc/st. What is this I was preparing for this sincerely then I saw this abomination and now I am dead from inside because I can't afford this much fees and apparently I don't fall under the criteria of INSPIRE scholarship as my advance went horrible and I scored just 93.6 in core subjects in cbse so not even in 1%ile I really wanted to go into research but now I am cooked
