(Offered)Gorgeous apartment in Del/Mar Vista for lease takeover

Need a place in a hurry? I have to break my lease and leave this AMAZING apartment very soon. $1945 per month. First rent and security deposit due at lease signing. Owner pays water, garbage, and parking spot. Renter pays gas, electricity, and internet. It's an awesome, fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment. It is about 900 square feet. Very spacious. The neighborhood is lovely and close to the 405 and 10 freeways. It is also very close to Playa Vista, Culver City, Venice, and Santa Monica. Playa Del Rey Beach is about 15 minutes away. It is also walkable to grocery stores, gyms, two elementary schools, and other amenities. There is laundry on site and one dedicated parking spot. Scott Properties Group owns the apartment and will check your credit score and do a background check. This apartment won't last long. If you can sign a lease before November 1st, I may be able to transfer my security deposit to you. You may also get a free month of rent. Inquire ASAP!!

Deconstruction Devastation

My husband and I deconstructed together. But now he wants to go off and live the life he didn’t have in his 20s because he know longer believes. He is 7 younger than me. He was 24 when we married. And now he is 35. He’s been thinking a lot about the dating and everything else he missed out on. It’s been too hard for him to accept the kids and marriage he chose because that was all when we were both Christians. We are separating soon because I don’t know what my path looks like, but I can’t keep him from his. I might not have been the person he would have chosen if he wasn’t a Christian. However, I need to let him go and discover himself without the filter of Christianity. We have two small children, 3 and 5. I’m so lost, confused, and in so much pain. I understand everything intellectually. The separation makes sense. But emotionally, I’m a wreck. This all feels so unfair. Any advice or commiserations are welcome.
