Hello!

I got suspended on 15 March and I’m finally back! I have immediately disconnected my FB from my IG.

So when I used to go on FB during the past few months, I would see the appeal page, but now today suddenly there was a symbol that usually means settings (similar to the symbol I added in the picture here, I didn’t take a screenshot). As soon as I clicked on it, I got an email saying they locked my account, and when I requested to unlock it I got a bunch of emails telling me I’m back.

During the past few months I tried Meta Verified (unhelpful, not worth it), speaking to my local MP, other methods, etc. etc. I don’t know how that symbol suddenly appeared there. If I didn’t have screenshots, I would have made myself believe it was there the whole time… but it wasn’t! There wasn’t anything to click on.

Anyway, I’m back… at least for the moment. 😄

I have a different relationship with these platforms after this experience, but I work in social media, so I’m glad I got my accounts back. I lost opportunities, money…

I really wanted to make one of these posts since I got suspended on 15 March. I’m back! I have immediately disconnected my FB from IG.

So when I used to go on FB during the past few months, I would see the first message, but now suddenly there was that gear symbol that usually means settings (similar to the symbol I added in the picture here so you can imagine it). As soon as I clicked on it, I got an email saying they locked my account, and when I requested to unlock it I got a bunch of emails telling me I’m back.

I tried Meta Verified, speaking to my local MP, hack methods, etc. etc. I don’t know how that symbol suddenly appeared there. Maybe just time and luck?

Keep an eye on it!

If I didn’t have lots of screenshots from this appeal page, I would have made myself believe it was there the whole time… but it wasn’t! Anyway, my profiles are fully back. but when I go on FB to settings it says “profile has some issues” and when I want to know what the issue is, it says “page isn’t available.” So not sure what these issues are but the profile seems back to normal.

Anyway, it’s back… at least for the moment. 😄
