Hi there i have my facial surgery, so rhinoplasty, hairline lowering, lip lift and a few other procedures on saturday. Im struggling to stop vaping.
Im not now vaping constantly. Every few hours i smoke 2 puffs thats it.. and i was someone who was smoking constantly for 9 years! So this is a huge improvement.
Please help, has anyone actually had surgeries and stopped vaping a few days before?

ive heard the face heals differently to the body?
I also have hypertrophic scars under my breasts from augmentation..
has anyone had similar experiences to me? Please help.
