Before and After

These pictures say at least 1000 words but let me share a few of my own:

Before:

From age 46-50 I became so swollen with inflammation that I couldn’t smile. I don’t mean I was never happy. I mean that my facial tissues were so puffy they wouldn’t lift into a smile. It was mechanically impossible.

I was 0.1 A1C units from being clinically diabetic.

I couldn’t walk up a flight of stairs without heaving for breath like an asthmatic during an attack.

I developed involuntary muscle twitches all through my body. I thought I had ALS. Neurologist comforted my fears by saying I’d be dead by now if that were the case.

I went to doctor after doctor begging for help. And all I got were lectures on diet and exercise. And morality judgments. And anti depressants. They even put me on gabapentin.

***4 years later***

After:

I took matters into my own hands by finding board certified menopause savvy clinicians to balance my hormones. I started on tirzep. I started on other peptides. And I do my own facial esthetics at home. I am 70 lbs lighter and 10,000 kW brighter.

I mean, just look at the change in my pallor. I went from nearly dead on heart attack road to glowing up in a Time Machine.

Bio hacking f-ing works.

Spontaneous vision recovery with GHK-CU sub q injection

Hello!

I have been a glaucoma suspect for years with IOPs in the low 20s and darkening at my optic nerve. Two years ago I had some sort of eye infection I got from a hot tub in Vegas (I know…). And since that happened I noticed my peripheral eyesight darkening, especially in my left eye. I have been one of those individuals who has played around with research peps and I did notice a bit of an improvement to my vision on GHKCU. But then I ran out of money for extras and noticed my peripheral vision darkening again. Fast forward many months of high stress due to job loss and I finally had enough insurance coverage to see an ophthalmologist.

Last month I was diagnosed with advanced glaucoma. I had a retinal scan (it showed much darkening around the nerve) and one of those flashing light tests. I had a 30% vision loss at the top and outside of vision fields in my left eye and a 10% loss in the lower right quadrant of my right eye. I was devastated. And given drops whilst awaiting laser surgery evaluation.

I recently decided to try some more ghkcu peptide injections for a skin related issue and lo and behold — my peripheral vision came back by about 85% in my left eye and 100% in my right eye.

Now clearly I’m not Lazarus or anyone and do not think that anything can bring back dead optic nerves. But. What if my vision loss was temporary because of my predisposition to neuro inflammation given my genetic autoimmune condition?

HAS ANYONE been misdiagnosed with glaucoma and regained peripheral vision for ANY REASON? Or am I just a miracle patient?
